Percy Wollaston

"In the Montana Wollaston describes, newcomers are welcomed and scrutinized for talents that might enhance life. People sacrifice to organize a school, buying windows, digging wells, and hiring teachers. They form a community club to discuss their problems and share their solutions. When they go to town, they leave their houses unlocked, so traveling strangers can stop and fix themselves a meal."

5 out of 5 stars Great collection of veterans stories!, August 19, 2003
Easy to read and well worth your time. You get experiences and opinons about the war from fifteen different soldiers who were involved. The authors did a nice job assembling this collection and capturing the soldiers' voices.

5 out of 5 stars A Great Collection Of Interviews Well Presented, December 1, 2002
This Book is unbelievable. I enjoyed it from cover to cover. It was well presented and told the stories of these heroic vets beautifully.
